January 1, 2026

As the year wraps up, I usually find myself looking at charts, totals, and year-over-year comparisons. And while those numbers matter, they do not tell the whole story of this year.

The truth is, this was one of the most productive years I have had in real estate. The work was steady, the responsibility was real, and the outcomes mattered deeply to the people I worked with.

But what feels different, and worth naming, is how that work fit into my life.

This year, my business also supported three other households. Working alongside Lynn, Cayla, and Ciarra was one of the most grounding and rewarding parts of my year. Being genuinely supported allowed the work to flow in a way that felt sustainable, calm, and intentional. It reminded me how powerful it is to build something that does not rest on one person alone.

Because of that support, I was more present. I protected time with my family. I took real days off and allowed myself to be fully off when I did. I did not fill every open space with work simply because I could. By being more intentional with my time, I became a better advisor, not a distracted one.

Another meaningful part of this year was deepening my work in coaching other real estate brokers. Coaching has become one of the most rewarding corners of my business. I am constantly reminded that the learning goes both ways. I gain just as much perspective, clarity, and growth through those conversations as I hope the agents I work with do. It has reinforced how much better this work can be when knowledge is shared and success is not treated as a competition.

That sense of collaboration was echoed in my office as well. This year, I came to understand more deeply just how unique my office is. The level of support, generosity, and colleague culture is not something I take for granted. Being surrounded by professionals who are willing to help, share, and genuinely root for one another makes this work better and lighter in ways that are hard to quantify.

The productivity this year was not about chasing volume. It came from consistency, long-term relationships, and thoughtful advocacy. I worked with first-time buyers navigating a competitive market for the first time, single women taking brave steps on their own, and clients making moves tied to big life transitions. Every transaction carried a story, and every story required care.

Behind the scenes, representing a high number of buyers meant more negotiations, more scenarios, and more opportunities to protect my clients’ interests. That depth of experience sharpened my judgment and strengthened outcomes, not just on paper, but in real dollars saved, stress reduced, and confidence gained.

What I am most proud of this year is not a single metric. It is that I built a business rhythm that supports real life, mine and my clients’. One where clarity replaces urgency and trust replaces pressure.

As we head into a new year, that is the standard I am carrying forward.

Thank you for trusting me with decisions that matter. Whether your next move is months away, years away, or simply something you are quietly thinking about, I am always happy to start with a conversation.
